UPA Lokayukta Visits the Lake

Frequent Bird Watching & recording events and Lake Clean up activities conducted with support from students and residents groups across Bangalore. UPA Lokayukta Visits the Lake premises and takes stock of situation. Regular meetings between Karnataka forest department, UPA Lokayukta, BWSSB, LDA started with a representation from Trust. Proposal summitted by the Trust to declare the Lake as a bird reserve was made to Forest Dept and Environment Minister.
